The GIS Datasets contain the route and stations of the 120km 16″ Meghaier Gas Branch Line, which receives gas from GO1 Gas Pipeline  in El Haouch, Biskra, and ends at SP1 of OB1 Oil Pipeline in Djamaa, El Oued.

2 Files Included

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of Meghaier Gas Branch Line

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 224 turning points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Main Stations of Meghaier Gas Branch Line

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 2 departure terminal and arrival terminal.

2.3 Valve Stations of Meghaier Gas Branch Line

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 6 valve stations and offtake point.

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.

4 Lifetime Free Updates:

The downloadable files of digital pipeline map are updated irregularly to reflect the relocation of pipeline, construction of new stations, removal of existing stations and changes of administrative areas.
