Description
The map contains the 835.27km 40″/24″/16″ Konya – Izmir Natural Gas Transmission Line, which receives gas from the Kayseri – Konya – Seydişehir branch of East Anatolian Natural Gas Main Transmission Line in Karatay, Konya, and supplies the gas to southwest provinces of Türkiye. The pipeline project consists of a main line from Konya to Izmir and branch lines supplying gas to Afyon, Isparta, Antalya and Denizli.

2 Methodology
The vector pipeline maps (.pdf and .ai) are created using data collected from various sources including GPS, remote sensing technology, and geographic surveys, resulting in more precise location information for pipeline stations and turning points along the pipeline route.

3.1 [Main Map] Konya – Izmir Natural Gas Transmission Line
This map includes the geographical area from the pipeline’s starting point to its end point. Its content contains the pipeline route, stations along the pipeline, and the administrative regions that the pipeline passes through.
Two file formats, .pdf and .ai (Adobe Illustrator), are included. Both of them are editable and layered. Users can show and hide a layer simply with a mouse click.
