The GIS Datasets contain the route and stations of the 26.636km 10″ Nekpur – Meerut spur line of the Dadri – Bawana – Nangal gas pipeline network. This spur line supplies natural gas from the trunkline’s tap off station in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to the city gate station in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

2 Files Included

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of Nekpur – Meerut Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 105 Turning Points along the Pipeline Route.

2.2 Main Stations of Nekpur – Meerut Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 2 tap off point (TOP) and city gate station (CGS).

2.3 Sectionalizing Valve Stations of Nekpur – Meerut Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 1 sectionalizing valve station (SV).

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.
