Description

The GIS Datasets contain the route and stations of the 313km 24″/30″ Manzanillo – Guadalajara gas pipeline, which consists of two sections: the 24″ Manzanillo LNG – CFE Power Plant Section and the 30″ Manzanillo LNG – Guadalajara Section. Both sections start from the LNG receiving terminal in Manzanillo, Colima. The 24″ section ends at the regulation, measurement and control station in Manzanillo, Sonora. The 30″ section ends at the receive terminal in El Salto, Jalisco.

2 Files Included

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of Manzanillo – Guadalajara Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 1025 Turning Points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Main Stations of Manzanillo – Guadalajara Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 5 LNG terminal, compressor station, regulation, measurement and control stations.

2.3 Sectionalizing Valve Stations of Manzanillo – Guadalajara Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 15 sectionalizing valve stations.

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.

 

3 Lifetime Free Updates:

The downloadable files of digital pipeline map are updated irregularly to reflect the relocation of pipeline, construction of new stations, removal of existing stations and changes of administrative areas.
