The GIS Datasets contain the 38km 10″ Iğdır Natural Gas Pipeline, which receives gas from East Anatolian Natural Gas Main Transmission Line in Doğubeyazıt, Agri and ends at the pig station in Iğdır district of Iğdır province.

2 Files Included

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of Iğdır Natural Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 84 turning points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Main Stations of Iğdır Natural Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 2 pigging stations.

2.3 Line Valve Stations of Iğdır Natural Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 1 line valve station.

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.
