The GIS Datasets contain the route and stations of the 782.27km Energia Mayakan Pipeline, which consists of the 688.5km 24″/22″/16″ Macuspana – Mérida – Valladolid section, 79.4km 30″ extension from Nuevo Pemex Processing Plant to CS1, and 14.36km 36″ Cuxtal gas pipeline.

2 Files Included

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of Energia Mayakan Pipeline

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 1612 Turning Points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Main Stations of Energia Mayakan Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 7 compressor stations; regulation and measurement stations, pigging station.

2.3 Sectionalizing Valve Stations of Energia Mayakan Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 23 sectionalizing valve stations.

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.

 

3 Lifetime Free Updates:

The downloadable files of digital pipeline map are updated irregularly to reflect the relocation of pipeline, construction of new stations, removal of existing stations and changes of administrative areas.
