The GIS Datasets contain the route and stations of the 130.7km 20″/16″ Cacimbas – Vitória gas pipeline, which starts from the Cacimbas Gas Treatment Unit in Linhares, Espírito Santo, and ends at the delivery point in Vitória, Espírito Santo. This pipeline is part of Southeast Northeast Interconnection Gas Pipeline (GASENE).

2 Files Included

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of Cacimbas – Vitória Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 559 turning points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Main Stations of Cacimbas – Vitória Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 6 gas treatment unit, compressor station (ECOMP), delivery points (PE).

2.3 Valve Stations of Cacimbas – Vitória Gas Pipeline

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 4 valve stations (SDV).

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.
