The GIS Datasets contain the route and stations of the 203.4km 12″ Alagoas – Pernambuco Gas Pipeline (GASALP) and its 11.6km 16″ Termopernambuco branch line. The main line starts from Alagoas Gas Processing Unit in Pilar, Alagoas, and ends at the delivery point in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Pernambuco.

2 Files Included

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of Alagoas – Pernambuco Gas Pipeline (GASALP)

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 1288 turning points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Main Stations of Alagoas – Pernambuco Gas Pipeline (GASALP)

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 8 gas treatment unit, gas distribution stations (EDG), delivery points (PE).

2.3 Valve Stations of Alagoas – Pernambuco Gas Pipeline (GASALP)

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 8 valve stations (SDV).

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.
