The GIS Datasets contain the 414km 42″/36″ Fifth Transmission Pipeline (Thailand), which runs from Map Ta Phut LNG Terminal 1 and Map Ta Phut LNG Terminal 2 in Muang Rayong, Rayong and ends at RA6 Gas Mixing Station (RA6MXS) in Sai Noi, Nonthaburi and BP4 in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao.

The system consists of 3 sections: 349km 42″ GDF4 – RA6 Section, 8km 42″ GDF5 – TP5MX Section, and 57km 36″ BV5.6 – BP4 Section.

2 Files Included

Two GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

 

2.1 Route of The Fifth Transmission Pipeline (Thailand)

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 802 turning points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Pipeline Stations of The Fifth Transmission Pipeline (Thailand)

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 31 LNG receiving terminals, compressor station, metering stations, regulating stations, and block valve stations.

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.
