The GIS Datasets contain the route and stations of the 496.5km 24″ LZ2 LPG Pipeline, which runs from SP Hassi R’Mel in Hassi R’Mel, Laghouat, and ends at Arzew Arrival Terminal in Bethioua, Oran. The pipeline is also known as Hassi R’Mel – Arzew LPG Pipeline.

Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.

2.1 Route of LZ2 LPG Pipeline (Hassi R’Mel – Arzew LPG Pipeline)

The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 1150 turning points along the pipeline route.

2.2 Main Stations of LZ2 LPG Pipeline (Hassi R’Mel – Arzew LPG Pipeline)

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 4 pump stations, pigging stations and LPG terminal.

2.3 Valve Stations of LZ2 LPG Pipeline (Hassi R’Mel – Arzew LPG Pipeline)

The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 31 valve stations.

We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.
