2 Files Included
Three GIS datasets are included in this product based on pipeline facility types. Additionally, some GIS formats do not allow the mixing of different entity types (i.e., points, lines, and areas) within a single file.
2.1 Route of Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria (IGB)
The datasets contain a line with the exact location coordinates of 918 turning points along the pipeline route.
2.2 Main Station of Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria (IGB)
The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 3 existing gas metering stations, automated gas regulation stations.
2.3 Line Block Valves of Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria (IGB)
The datasets contain the exact location coordinates and names of the pipeline’s 8 existing line block valves.
We provide three types of file formats: .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx. Our users can open .kmz and .shp files with various GIS software and convert them into other GIS formats. You can use Excel to open .xlsx files, which contain the coordinates of pipeline route turning points and stations.

The downloadable files of digital pipeline map are updated irregularly to reflect the relocation of pipeline, construction of new stations, removal of existing stations and changes of administrative areas.
